  1. How do you grade your products?
    1. We use the Goldmine Grading Guide to provide a consistent listening experience. 
  2. Do you ship internationally?
    1. We only ship to the continental U.S. at this time. 
  3. How many items can fit in each box?
    1. We can fulfill up to 25 vinyl records per box.
    2. CD albums ship separately and can fit as many as 12 in each box. 
    3. Combo orders (Vinyl + CDs) will ship in the same box. 
  4. Do you offer local pickup services?
    1. Yes! We are excited to offer coordinated pick-ups within the Greater Baltimore area.
